Instructions

    1. Hold suspension straps with a neutral grip.
    2. Lean forward and walk your feet forward to create tension.
    3. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
    4. Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the handles.
    5. Push back up to the starting position keeping good posture throughout.
