Instructions

    1. Start with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell at shoulder level.
    2. Lower into a squat, keeping your chest up and back straight.
    3. Drive through your heels and push the barbell overhead.
    4. Keep your core tight and maintain an upright posture.
    5. Lower the barbell back down to shoulder level and repeat.
