Body Part


    1. Sit on a bench with palms resting next to hips, fingers pointing forward.
    2. Walk your feet out in front of you.
    3. Slide your glutes off the bench, keeping your back close to the bench.
    4. Bend your elbows and lower your body until upper arms are parallel to the ground.
    5. Push back up, keeping your shoulders down and chest lifted.
