Instructions

    1. Start by lying on your back with a stability ball between your feet and hands overhead.
    2. Engage your core and lift both your feet and hands simultaneously towards the ceiling.
    3. Keep your legs straight and reach for the stability ball with your hands.
    4. Lower your legs and arms back down with control.
    5. Maintain a neutral spine and avoid arching your lower back.
