Instructions

    1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Engage your core and keep your shoulders down and back.
    3. Take a step forward with your right foot, rolling through your foot from heel to toe.
    4. As you step forward, swing your left arm forward and your right arm back.
    5. Repeat with the opposite leg and arm.
