    1. Start by standing up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Take a big step forward with your right leg and lower your body into a lunge position.
    3. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core engaged.
    4. Push through your right heel to stand up and bring your left leg forward into the next lunge.
    5. Continue alternating legs as you walk forward.
