Instructions

    1. Stand with your back against a wall.
    2. Place an exercise ball between your lower back and the wall.
    3. Keeping your feet hip-width apart, slowly lower your body into a squatting position.
    4. Ensure your knees are directly above your ankles and your back remains against the wall.
    5. Hold the squat for a few seconds before slowly returning to the starting position.
