Instructions

    1. Place a barbell across your upper back, holding it with an overhand grip.
    2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outward.
    3. Lower your body down by bending at the knees and hips.
    4. Keep your torso upright and your knees tracking in line with your toes.
    5. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
