Instructions

    1. Attach a head harness with a weight to a cable machine.
    2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
    3. Place the harness around your head, with the weight hanging in front of you.
    4. Keeping your spine straight, extend your neck backward, against the resistance of the weight.
    5. Return to the starting position slowly, maintaining control.
