Instructions

    1. Sit on a dip station with your hands gripping the bars.
    2. Extend your legs and keep your feet flat on the floor.
    3. Lower your body by bending your elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the floor.
    4. Keep your back straight and your shoulders down.
    5. Push up through your hands to return to the starting position.
