Instructions

    1. Kneel on the floor with the wheel in front of you.
    2. Place your hands on the wheel shoulder-width apart.
    3. Engage your core and roll the wheel forward while maintaining a straight line from head to knees.
    4. Keep your back flat and avoid arching or sagging.
    5. Slowly roll back to the starting position.
