Instructions

    1. Grab a chin-up bar wider than shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hang with straight arms, palms facing away from you.
    3. Engage your core and retract your shoulder blades.
    4. Pull your body up towards the bar, leading with your chest.
    5. Lower back down with control, maintaining good posture throughout.
