Instructions

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and a resistance band looped around your ankles.
    2. Bend your knees slightly and engage your core.
    3. Take a step to the side, keeping tension in the band.
    4. Maintain proper posture with shoulders back and chest lifted.
    5. Repeat the movement in the opposite direction.
